Kamaboko, also known as fish cake, is usually sliced thin & added to saimin or ramen. One day I was at a party and someone made kamapolo dip served with Ritz crackers. It was one of the best things I ever ate in my life! So of course I decided to try it myself.
Ingredients
2 logs of kamaboko
1/2 package imitation crab
sour cream
mayonaise
garlic salt
pepper
Ritz crackers
chips
Directions
Grate kamaboko & shred imitation crab. Add about 1 1/2 cups of mayo & 1/2 cup of sour cream, or as much or little as desired. Add garlic salt & pepper.
I liked how the taste turned out, but next time I want to try it with cream cheese, instead of sour cream & mayonaise.
Mmmmm!..looks good! Simple and tasty..just how I like it!
